Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your appliance, subject to the following conditions:

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and free of damage

Return must be initiated by email to info@tanin.ae

Appliances that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless faulty

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued within 7 business days via your original payment method

If an item was returned due to customer error or change of mind, a 10% restocking fee may apply

Faulty / Damaged Products
If your appliance arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Notify us within 48 hours

We will arrange for pickup, inspection, and replacement/repair as needed
All warranty issues are handled directly by Tanin’s support team.
