Tanin General Trading, hereafter referred to as "Tanin," is an independent, authorized retailer and reseller of genuine Bosch-branded home appliances. We operate as a licensed partner of Bosch agents for sourcing our inventory. While all products offered by Tanin are 100% authentic and are sourced from licensed Bosch distributors, it is essential to note that Tanin operates independently and is not officially affiliated with the Bosch Group or BSH Home Appliances Corporation.
Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our operations, as we provide high-quality Bosch appliances at competitive prices. However, Tanin is an independent entity, and any correspondence, inquiries, or issues related to product guarantees and warranties must be directed to Tanin and not to Bosch or any affiliated companies.

Product Authenticity
Tanin General Trading, a registered entity operating under the name "Tanin," is a licensed and independent retailer of genuine Bosch-branded home appliances. All products listed on our website are exclusively sourced through authorized Bosch agents within the designated geographic region, ensuring that our customers receive products that are 100% original and meet all of Bosch’s manufacturing standards. We do not engage in the sale of used, refurbished, grey-market, or parallel-imported products, which may not be subject to the same quality and regulatory standards as those sourced directly through authorized channels.

  • Every appliance purchased through Tanin is accompanied by authentic Bosch labeling, ensuring clear traceability to the original manufacturer.

  • Model integrity and full manufacturer traceability are central tenets of our operations, ensuring each product conforms to the Bosch standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Tanin’s commitment to product authenticity and consumer protection reflects our dedication to providing only the highest quality, verifiable Bosch appliances.
Pricing
The prices quoted for all products available for purchase on www.tanin.ae are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise within individual product descriptions or the checkout process.

  • All product pricing is reflective of our direct sourcing model, which enables Tanin to offer competitive pricing below traditional retail prices while ensuring that all items meet the Bosch brand’s exacting standards.

  • Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we endeavor to provide up-to-date pricing information, the final price applicable to your order will be determined at the checkout stage, and it will be binding once the transaction is completed.

Tanin reserves the right to adjust prices, as necessary, to reflect changes in market conditions, currency fluctuations, or the cost of sourcing and stocking products. These adjustments may occur without prior warning.
Delivery
Tanin provides delivery services to customers located in all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The following terms govern our delivery service:

  • Delivery will occur to the doorstep of the address provided at checkout. Unpacking, installation, or any other post-delivery services are not offered unless otherwise expressly stated.

  • The typical delivery window is 1 to 3 business days, depending on factors such as location, the availability of the specific product, and logistics capabilities.

Should any delays or exceptions to this timeline occur, Tanin will provide advance notification to customers through the contact details provided during the ordering process.
Delivery responsibility: Upon successful delivery of the product to the address specified at checkout, the risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer. If the product is damaged upon receipt, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately notify Tanin within 48 hours from the time of delivery with accompanying photographic evidence of the damage in order to qualify for replacement or warranty claims.
Shipping Responsibility
Upon delivery of the purchased product to the address provided during the checkout process, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. This risk transfer occurs when the delivery is completed at the customer’s specified address, regardless of whether the customer is present to accept the delivery.

  • Any damage or defects identified upon delivery must be reported to Tanin within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to provide such notice within this timeframe will result in the customer forfeiting their right to request a replacement, return, or warranty claim for the damaged product.

Please note: Photographic evidence and other supporting documentation will be required to process any warranty claims or damage reports.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
Tanin provides in-house warranty services for all appliances purchased through our website. Warranty terms are governed by the conditions set forth on each product page or the accompanying invoice at the time of purchase.
The warranty period varies depending on the type of appliance, and it covers:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Functional issues arising under normal usage (as defined by the manufacturer’s guidelines)

However, the warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage to the appliance incurred post-delivery

  • Improper installation or modification of the appliance by the customer

  • Misuse or unauthorized repair

  • Cosmetic defects, including minor aesthetic issues or normal wear and tear over time

For warranty claims, please contact warranty@tanin.ae, where we will review your claim and initiate the necessary steps. In some cases, product inspection and further documentation may be required to process warranty requests.
Returns & Refunds
Tanin operates a strict returns policy, where returns are only processed under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery or is non-functional.

  • The issue is reported to Tanin within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item remains in its original, unopened packaging and has not been used or installed.

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days once the product has been inspected and deemed eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made through the original method of payment.
Tanin reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the criteria set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
Commercial & B2B Inquiries
Tanin welcomes inquiries from contractors, property developers, and interior designers interested in purchasing Bosch appliances in bulk or for high-volume orders.
While we do not offer standard bulk discounting, we are happy to discuss custom quotes for businesses on a case-by-case basis. To request a quote, please email us at trade@tanin.ae, providing the following details:

Legal & Compliance
